I've got an OS walking map but does anyone have any recommendations of must-see places? Thanks! Sarah x

Pretty and absolutely crawling with pheasants, and death-wish ponies leaping out in front of the car I'd recommend going to Tarr Steps - also has nice pub that does good food and there are some very pretty walks round there too. Enjoy your holiday

I had the most lovely round walk from Lynton, and a very memorable long one from Porlock - well, the pheasants were a nightmare, but the views were sensational! I need to go back to Exmoor - so many places I didn't get round to last time.... Springaholic Posts: 624 Apr 20 11 10:18 PM Reply Quote More My Recent Posts	Thanks all for your replies. We had the most amazing time in Exmoor, the highlight was definately Tarr Steps. We ambled along the riverside for a couple of hours, found a pub garden for lunch and then ambled back. The weather was glorious and the dogs loved splashing around in the river. The rest of the week was equally lovely and is a blur of lovely walks, chilled-out pub garden lunches and cream teas - all with my lovely hubby (who I don't get to see much because of his job , the joys of army life!) and our two fur-babies. Perfect!
