How do you all feed your hearts? Can your dogs cope with the whole or do you chunk them? I have to confess heart is one of my least favorite bits to butcher, it just smells really metalic with the smell of blood.
So for my own convenience, I confess, is it ok to give Jess a whole heart not chopped up?
She is coping fine with chicken but really does not do well or pork ( well meat and bone but liver is ok
) so we are have lamb hearts to try.
On a side note can anyone explain why she might be ok with pigs liver but terrible with ribs or chops etc?
