Residential dog training is not something I would normally consider as I think it is as important for the owner to be trained as it is the dog. However we currently have a number of dogs in rescue who are currently not suitable for rehoming due to their aggressive behaviour and with another 4 waiting to come in (also naughty boys) we really need to do something. With the numbers involved and the as these dogs don't have homes residential training is the only real option.
However finding good residential training appears to be a minefield and a large number I have looked at only seem to do the nice bits sit, stay, walk to heel etc as soon as you mention biting they seem to go quiet and "will get back to you"
So does anyone out there know of any good (and kind) residential dog trainers who may be able to help with aggression issues.
