Today was our last Kennel club show of the season. Hendrix did a fab agility run & got 4th place out of 284 which has sent us up to Grade 2 on points, I'm chuffed to bits! He just measured into large too so was up against those pesky collie-wobbles too.

I'm so pleased with him & can't wait to start next season in the dizzying heights of Grade 2! He's also very proud of his win as mummy bought him a Stag Bar - his first one ever & he can't get enough of it!

Pixie also ran today, to put it mildly she wasn't the best but certainly the most entertaining....!!

What a way to end the year - that's brilliant well done. There are a lot fewer dogs in grade 2 - if you actually get class that's graded that is. Here's to more success in 2012.

Oh yes - the numbers in some of the G1/2 classes are ridiculous, with the majority being in G1. I also get so wound up by the straight up & down courses that so many judges set for G1/2 classes.
Hendrix performs much better when we do G4 type courses at training as he's not the fastest but is really responsive in the more twisty-turny courses. Hopefully the smaller class sizes in G2 will mean we won't be there for long and can get up to some more interesting courses.
