Well, I haven't been on here in ages but thought while I'm browsing I may as well ask a question too!
My daughter has recently got a Staffie pup - she's a lovely little thing - currently about 4 months old and fit and healthy in every respect except for one ....
She is almost totally white furred and pale skinned - she has a brown patch of fur at the base of her tail and a few norty spots but not many!
She has started to develop a few areas of itchy skin where the skin has gone a little flaky and dry looking. She is being fed Wainrights at the moment - there hasn't been a change in her food at all.
I'm wondering whether a change of food might help firstly - but also wondered if anyone has any experience of success with natural remedys to help sooth the skin and reduce the itchyness?
Any ideas welcomed
(The vet nurse did mention that she could be like West Highland White Terriers who tend to have similar issues due to their fur and skin being white)
Many thanks x
