i just used 2 freezer bags and some electrical tape when i had to pop mac out in the rain , not good for pavements though but ok for the grass / garden

PAH did a boot that was ok as a temp quick solution

i did buy him some neoprene boots with velcro fasteners they were great but not waterproof

but kept it clean and stayed on
